The San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo BBQ Cook-Off was the first time for us. Charlie & Joy Lancaster and the other fine members of the IBCA did a real jam up job on the judging and kept everything moving on time. We made the final table in our Chicken and Ribs. Our brisket was some of the best, don't know what happened there but we were really proud of our turn ins. The final results are posted below.
